Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced L2 Desktop Engineer to provide advanced technical support for desktops, laptops, operating systems, and end-user applications
You will handle escalated issues from L1 support, troubleshoot complex problems, and ensure smooth IT operations for users

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve escalated desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues
Supported VIP users
Should be able to run OEM diagnosis, replace part in laptop/desktop
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
Support end-users with hardware and software problems, both onsite and remotely
Perform system upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
Document technical issues and solutions in the ticketing system
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security guidelines

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in desktop support or IT service desk roles
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and common business applications
Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and remote support tools
Good understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
