Desktop Engineer L2

As a skilled Desktop Engineer L2, your role involves providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of desktop systems, hardware, and software across the organization. Your hands-on experience in troubleshooting Windows systems, managing Active Directory, and efficiently resolving user issues will be crucial for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Provide L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. - Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 operating systems. - Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. - Manage Active Directory users, groups, and group policies. - Assist with software installations, updates, and patch management. - Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation. - Coordinate with L3 or vendor teams for issue escalation when required. - Ensure timely resolution of tickets and adherence to SLAs. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration. - Proficiency in Active Directory and Group Policy Management. - Good understanding of basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP, DNS, DHCP). - Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. - Ability to handle user support in a fast-paced environment. In addition to the role responsibilities, it's important to note that the working mode for this position is on-site for 6 days a week in Jogeshwari, Mumbai.
