Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Provide first-level on-site and remote technical support to end users for Windows and macOS systems.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, operating systems, and standard applications.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and basic network-related issues in a timely manner.
Record, track, and manage incidents and service requests using the designated ITSM/ticketing tool.
Ensure systems comply with organizational security policies and update standards.
Support video conferencing systems, meeting rooms, and internal events as required.
Assist in IT asset management, inventory control, and hardware deployment activities.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or relevant teams when necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to established SOPs and IT guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
0–2 years of experience in desktop support, IT support, or end-user computing roles.
Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
Basic understanding of LAN/Wi-Fi networking, IP addressing, DNS, and VPN connectivity.
Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow; exposure to Intune or Jamf Pro is an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service-oriented approach.
Demonstrates problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Able to work from the office and provide support during events or flexible hours when required.
