Designer Quotation

As a Modular Glazed Partition Designer & Quotation Maker, you will be responsible for designing and quoting modular glazed partition systems, coordinating with clients, architects, interior designers, and vendors to ensure project success. Your key responsibilities will include: Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements, design preferences, and budget constraints. Utilizing AutoCAD to create detailed CAD layouts, shop drawings, and quantifications for modular glazed partition systems. Generating accurate project quotations and cost estimates using Excel, considering materials, labor, hardware, and other relevant factors. Coordinating procurement activities, issuing purchase orders to vendors for glass, hardware, profiles, and other required materials. Interfacing with architects, interior designers, and other professionals to review design specifications, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with project requirements. Providing technical support and guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Maintaining strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and adherence to quality standards. Staying updated on industry trends, product developments, and best practices related to modular glazed partition systems. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field. 1.5 to to 3 years of experience in the design and quotation of modular glazed partition systems or similar products. Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating CAD layouts, shop drawings, and quantifications. Advanced skills in Excel for preparing detailed project quotations and cost estimates. Strong understanding of modular partition design principles, materials, and construction techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in procurement processes, including issuing purchase orders and vendor management. Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions.
