Role Summary

Designer L4

Key Responsibilities

Design Execution & Craft

Own end-to-end design for complex, high-impact product areas or creative initiatives.
Produce high-quality user flows, interaction models, prototypes, and visual designs.
Drive consistent application of design systems and contribute to their evolution.
Ensure accessibility, scalability, and usability across all design outputs.

Strategy & Impact

Partner with PMs, Engineers, and other stakeholders to shape product vision and roadmap.
Translate ambiguous business objectives into clear design strategies and solutions.
Use data, research, and insights to inform design decisions.
Lead design discovery, workshops, and brainstorming sessions.

Collaboration & Leadership

Mentor junior and mid-level designers, providing feedback and coaching.
Champion best practices, user-centered design thinking, and cross-functional alignment.
Communicate design rationale clearly to executives and non-design partners.
Influence decision-making at team and organizational levels.

Research & Validation

Conduct or partner on user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
Integrate qualitative and quantitative insights to refine designs.
Advocate for user needs and ensure they are represented in planning and development cycles.
