Job Description

As an experienced and visionary Interior Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing multiple high-end design projects across various typologies. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing design direction at every stage of the project lifecycle to ensure award-winning quality. - Managing and executing 6+ projects simultaneously across different scales and typologies. - Translating the Design Ideators design vision into tangible, high-quality outcomes. - Offering innovative solutions for design challenges during project execution. Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Leading and mentoring a team of 8-10 designers to foster a culture of creativity and technical excellence. - Facilitating the professional development of team members and building a high-performing design team. - Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. - Representing the studio as a brand ambassador in all professional interactions. Qualifications and Experience: - A Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. - 10-12 years of relevant experience in interior architecture and architecture. - Proven track record of delivering high-quality, award-winning projects. Skills and Competencies: - Strong conceptual and design development skills. - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, etc. - Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
