Job Description

Project Tenure: Full-time Role Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM IST. Office Location: 32, Sector 6 Rd, Pocket 6, Sector 6, Rohini, Delhi, 110085 Remuneration: Negotiable (based on skills & experience) Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a role that combines design, program coordination, logistics, and communication. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys handling diverse responsibilities in the education sector. The candidate will work closely with our team to design marketing and program materials, manage teacher training programs on our website, coordinate logistics for conferences, and support marketing and client engagement activities. Key Responsibilities: Design & Creative Work Create all brochures, flyers, social media posts, marketing posters, program information flyers, proposals, pitch decks, and presentations using Canva. Design certificates, ID cards, lanyards, and other event-related creatives. Develop short promotional videos on Canva for programs and conferences. Conference & Event Logistics Manage printing and production of bags, pens, diaries, ID cards, and lanyards. Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery of event materials. Training Program & Website Coordination Create teacher IDs on the company’s website and allot courses. Track assignments and submissions; follow up with teachers when needed. Prepare and upload certificates for course completions. Marketing & Lead Engagement Assist in creating marketing posters and outreach content. Communicate with incoming leads (school leaders, principals, and teachers). Support social media and email campaigns for conferences and programs. Additional Responsibilities Support conference execution on event days. Assist with occasional sales calls, if required. Candidate Profile: Strong design skills (mandatory Canva expertise; Adobe knowledge is a plus). Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines. Interest in the education sector and willingness to take on diverse roles. Recruitment Process: Step 1. Submit your resume and cover letter via WhatsApp.  Step 2.
