Design Operation Manager - Decorpot

Lead and optimize the Interior Design Operations team, driving process excellence and ensuring smooth and timely execution of projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage & mentor a team of
10-15 Interior Designers
Drive the
Design Process Transformation Roadmap
Achieve monthly
Design Sign-off Targets
Implement Business Excellence initiatives
Maintain high team morale & performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely project delivery
Conduct periodic audits to ensure process adherence

Requirements

Experience managing teams in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
Highly organized, process-oriented, and analytical
Advanced MS Excel skills
Must have experience of handling teams in a cross functional business environment
Excellent command on advanced Microsoft Excel.
