Job Description

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor's/ Master’s degree on Design and a minimum of 6 years’ UI/UX design experience for services and products
Experience with running teams of design teams and collaborating with delivery, customer success teams
Experience building b2b and AI/ML products with understanding and interest towards analytics
Strong ability to influence and inspire folks in the organization to adopt more design principles while working on projects
Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, After Effects, Sketch, InVision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with building design strategy for service organizations
Experience building visualizations and business dashboards
Mathematical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
Business-minded approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
