Role Overview:

You’ll be the bridge between design vision and execution. From leading projects at design development to handover, managing clients, guiding junior designers, and coordinating with our in-house factory team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects end-to-end.

• Communicate with clients confidently and clearly.

• Review design drawings, BOQs, and finishes.

• Coordinate with the production and site teams.

• Ensure timelines and quality standards are met.

• Mentor junior designers in design thinking and detailing.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have 5–8 years’ experience in interior design with client-facing exposure.

• Have worked in boutique or luxury design studios.

• Are as comfortable with AutoCAD and detail drawings as with client meetings.

• Love systems, order, and accountability in how projects run.

• Take ownership and enjoy turning ideas into reality.
