Company Info Website : https://shivalic.com/ Job Description: • Lead and manage the electrical panel design department, including team planning, task delegation, and technical mentoring. • Review and approve all design deliverables such as: • Single Line Diagrams (SLD) • General Arrangement (GA) drawings • Control & Wiring Diagrams • Panel Layouts • Bill of Materials (BOM) • Ensure compliance with relevant electrical standards: IS, IEC, UL, CE, etc. • Oversee the design of: • LT & HT Distribution Panels • MCC, PCC, AMF, APFC Panels • PLC & SCADA Based Control Panels • Synchronization and Auto Changeover Panels • Collaborate with the sales, production, procurement, and project teams to ensure alignment between design and execution. • Provide technical support to the business development team for costing, proposals, and tender documentation. • Interface with customers for technical discussions, drawing approvals, and design clarifications.s • Implement design optimization techniques to reduce cost, improve safety, and enhance panel performance. • Monitor team KPIs and drive continuous improvement in design quality, speed, and innovation. • Stay updated with the latest technologies, standards, and design tools. Quallification: Bachelors degree in Engineering Skills: Expertise in AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or other design software.
