Job Description

We are looking for a product Designer to work on various products we develop for our customers.
Product Designer responsibilities include defining product specifications, creating digital or print drawings & designing fully functional products. To be successful in this role ,you should have an eye for the color & shape& be able to translate requirements into practical product features. Ultimately candidate should be able to build products that are easy to use and visually appealing to our potential customers.
Identify opportunities for new products.
Analyze how a new product ties in with market needs and consumer preferences.
Set design requirements based on briefs from internal teams and external partners.
Research materials and techniques .
Sketch drafts on paper or digitally (for example, using CAD.
Use 3D modeling software
Solidworks and UGNX
to design products and components.
Produce prototypes and test functionality.
Improve the design of existing products .
Gather feedback from product users.
Detailed Knowledge of Product Designing & Mould Making.
Coordination & Commercialization for RPT (Rapid Prototype) & mould Coordination with internal department , vendor & plants.
Mould trial & trouble shooting at site , Inspection , reports & testing.
Hands on experience in Conceptual Designs ,renderings and product detailing as per manufacturing perspective.
Mould trial & trouble shooting at site, Inspection , reports & testing
Should have experience in Plastic Industry mainly in Cosmetic packaging bottles , FMCG.
Work experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
Creativity in mixing up colors, shapes and techniques.
Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) tools
Good knowledge of 3D modeling software.
Experience with design programs (like Illustrator and Sketch)
Time-management skills .
Making of Mould Design review ,machining process planning ,mould maintenance blow moulds and Fixtures ,injection Mould assembly.
Candidate should have strong understanding of plastic industry manufacturing processes and also involved in product Design and improvement and Product optimization.
Designing of 2D Data to 3D models on solidworks and GD and T of 2D Drawings on solidworks Strong Proficiency in Solidworks software .
Should have experience in Plastic Industry mainly in household plastics , Cosmetic packaging bottles.
