Hands on experience in Conceptual Designs ,renderings and product detailing as per manufacturing perspective. Work experience as a Product Designer or similar role. Creativity in mixing up colors, shapes and techniques. Making of Mould Design review ,machining process planning ,mould maintenance blow moulds and Fixtures ,injection Mould assembly. Candidate should have strong understanding of plastic industry manufacturing processes and also involved in product Design and improvement and Product optimization. Designing of 2D Data to 3D models on solidworks and GD and T of 2D Drawings on solidworks Strong Proficiency in Solidworks software . Should have experience in Plastic Industry mainly in household plastics , Cosmetic packaging bottles.
Role & responsibilities To ensure that all incoming, in-process, and finished products meet quality standards and specifications through regular inspection, testing, and documentation. Preferred candidate profile * Conduct visual and dimensional inspection of raw materials, in- process, and finished goods. Verify product quality against drawings, specifications, and approved standards. Record inspection results and prepare quality inspection reports. Identify and segregate non-conforming materials and initiate corrective action reports (CAR). Support root cause analysis for defects and assist in implementing corrective/preventive actions. Maintain inspection tools and ensure calibration of measuring instruments. Communicate with production and engineering teams regarding quality issues. Ensure adherence to ISO/QMS procedures and maintain proper documentation. Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement activities. Ensure a clean and safe working environment as per company policy.
