Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To ensure that all incoming, in-process, and finished products meet quality standards and specifications through regular inspection, testing, and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

* Conduct visual and dimensional inspection of raw materials, in- process, and finished goods.

Verify product quality against drawings, specifications, and approved standards.
Record inspection results and prepare quality inspection reports.
Identify and segregate non-conforming materials and initiate corrective action reports (CAR).
Support root cause analysis for defects and assist in implementing corrective/preventive actions.
Maintain inspection tools and ensure calibration of measuring instruments.
Communicate with production and engineering teams regarding quality issues.
Ensure adherence to ISO/QMS procedures and maintain proper documentation.
Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement activities.
Ensure a clean and safe working environment as per company policy.
