Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Online Inspector to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting parts and materials at different stages of the manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• In-Process Inspection:
• Monitor and inspect moulded components during production.
• Identify visual and dimensional defects; ensure process consistency.
• Incoming Material Inspection:
• Inspect raw and packaging materials upon arrival.
• Verify supplier documentation and report non-conformities.
• Final Inspection:
• Conduct final checks before product dispatch.
• Validate part quality, quantity, labeling, and packaging.
• Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI):
• Perform sampling and prepare PDI reports.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams.
• Sample & Trial Inspection:
• Inspect trial moulded components for design conformity and tolerances.
• Support quality validation of new tools and products.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain inspection checklists, rejection reports, and records.
• Assist in non-conformance tracking and corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Plastics Engineering
• Experience: 1–3 years in a manufacturing / plastic moulding setup
• Skills:
• Proficient with inspection tools: Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, etc.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand tolerances.
• Basic knowledge of quality control processes and ISO documentation.

Salary & Compensation:

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
