Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Design Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing products, ensuring they meet industry standards, and conducting inspections at the manufacturing site to guarantee quality and compliance with specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development: Create and modify product designs based on client specifications, industry standards, and manufacturing processes.

Inspection: Conduct inspections of products and components during and after the manufacturing process to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.

Quality Assurance: Work closely with the quality control team to ensure all products adhere to safety and performance standards.

Testing: Participate in testing prototypes and final products to validate functionality and performance against design goals.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed technical drawings, reports, and documentation for designs, inspections, and modifications.

Collaboration: Liaise with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability and performance.

Compliance: Ensure all designs and inspections align with relevant industry regulations and internal policies.

Continuous Improvement: Recommend design improvements or process modifications based on inspection findings and production feedback.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.

Proven experience in product design and manufacturing, with a focus on inspection and quality control.

Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for creating technical drawings.

Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices for manufacturing and design.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.

Experience with quality control processes and inspection tools.

Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.

Preferred:

Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.

Familiarity with non-destructive testing (NDT) methods.
