Improve existing product designs for better performance, cost efficiency, and manufacturability. Coordinate complete NPD lifecycle from concept development to prototype and final release. Collaborate with production, quality, and purchase departments for design implementation. Analyze material selection, tolerances, and fabrication processes to optimize designs. Ensure product compliance with customer specifications and industry standards. Participate in client and vendor meetings for design reviews and technical discussions.
