Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using Solid Edge (3D CAD) and AutoCAD software.
• Work on Gear Design, Pneumatic & Hydraulic Actuators, and Automation systems for industrial equipment.
• Coordinate Engineering Change Notices (ECN), Engineering Change Requests (ECR), and prepare Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Conduct Validation Testing to ensure product designs meet required standards and performance specifications.
• Ensure designs adhere to GD&T standards, maintaining precision and compliance.
• Participate in Technical Reviews and lead Product Design and development phases.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance product performance, manufacturability, and cost-efficiency.
• Improve engineering design processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  

Candidate Profile

• Education: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 4 to 8 years in product design and development within the industrial equipment or machinery sector.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Solid Edge for 3D design and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and experience in Gear Design.
• Experience in Validation Testing and Manufacturing Processes.
• Knowledge of Pneumatics and Automation is a plus.
• Previous experience in the Valves and Actuators industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead design projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
