We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Design Engineer to join our team at Wonderla Holidays Limited. As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing steel structures and machines, ensuring meticulous planning and execution in alignment with management requirements. Your role will be pivotal in coordinating projects, ensuring timely completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive design calculations for steel structures and machines.

Collaborate closely with the Engineering Team to understand project requirements and objectives.

Develop detailed design plans, blueprints, and specifications for projects.

Utilize your expertise to design and fabricate structures and machines efficiently.

Coordinate project activities, ensuring seamless communication between different teams involved.

Oversee the entire design process, from concept development to the final product, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Perform design reviews and modifications as necessary to meet project specifications.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in design engineering and integrate innovative solutions into projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including civil engineers, to enhance project outcomes.

Document and maintain project records, including design calculations, drawings, and revisions.

Assist in the training and mentoring of junior design engineers when required.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years experience in design and fabrication of steel structures and machines.

Proficiency in design calculation software and tools.

Solid understanding of AutoCAD and MS Office applications.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Detail-oriented and capable of producing accurate and high-quality work.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Familiarity with design of civil structures is a plus.
