Design Engineer

Position Summary

The Design Engineer will be responsible for carrying out the duties of the Engineering department, including design, research, prototyping, engineering documentation, estimating and process improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating concept 3D model and detailed manufacturing drawings, layouts
• Responsible for Creating detailed BOM, technical documents like data sheets.
• Responsible for create and maintain DFMEA
• Responsible for Collect data/inputs from supervisor analyze adequacy of inputs and discuss methodology with supervisor, record additional input required with schedule of inputs.
• Responsible for estimate time requirement for each drawing/part list.
• Responsible for determining schedule of start, completion and submission date.
• Responsible for create drawing with detailed GD&T, BOM and technical documents in line with the methodology discussed with the team leader following Engineering practices.
• Responsible for Seek clarification from the supervisor without taking any assumptions in case of any doubts.
• Responsible for carryout self-review of the drawing, part list and technical relevant documents with respect to completeness, correctness, aesthetics etc. before submission to team leader for quality review.
• Responsible for carryout changes as per the checker and understand the basis/reason for comments.
• Responsible for reporting status report to AVP - Engineering on time

Required Skills and Experience:

• Sheet Metal Products & Automation Products Design experience (Mechanical)
• SPM Machine Design Experience
• Solid Work & AutoCAD software hands-on experience
• Team Leader

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,793.00 per month
