Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our growing technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our machinery at client sites, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Install and commission machinery at customer premises. Perform routine maintenance and scheduled servicing. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues. Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment usage and best practices. Ensure all service tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards. Prepare detailed service reports and document any technical issues and resolutions. Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, production, sales) for feedback and technical improvements. Maintain a high level of customer service and uphold the company's reputation. Travel extensively to client sites, both within India and potentially abroad. Requirements: Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering. Experience: 1–5 years of experience in field service, preferably with industrial or packaging machinery. Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and electrical schematics. Knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, sensors, and motors is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on mechanical aptitude. Soft Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
