Job Description

Qualification: Diploma or BE in Mechanical (Exp. in Mechanical Work will be considered). On-Roll Job 5 Days Working Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Profile / Responsibility

Minimum exp for Nature of Work: 1. Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes which apply on sheet metal 2. Knowledge of Welding process and relevant Standard 3. Knowledge of Mechanical joining and relevant Standard 4. Knowledge of Surface treatment and relevant Standard 5. Knowledge of Drawing reading understanding 6. Knowledge of CAD software preferable Solid edge and Auto CAD 7. Able to manage Internal communication

Job Profile / Responsibility:

1. Accountable for status update to Team leader and RFQ In charge. 2. Ensure timely delivery of engineering deliverables for RFQ. 3. Jointly check process manufacturing feasibility 4. Trial to be taken for verification process feasibility (If require) 5. Troubleshooting of problems raise by shop floor 6. Preparation of Costing BOM and Manufacturing BOM 7. Preparation of DXFs, Snap BOM and others deliverables. 8. Preparation of 3d modeling and 2d drafting 9. Editing of PDF drawing (received by customer) for product 10. Preparation of consolidated procurement item list in RFQ 11. To be follow RFQ process flow and its mechanism 12. To be follow for data management mechanism 13. Attending training session for skill enhancement 14. Prepration deliverables of process and drawing change management 15. Preparation deliverables for tooling, transport and packing
