Design Engineer - Plumbing & Fire Systems

Qualifications

• B.E/ B.Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Civil
• Proficiency in Auto CAD and MS Office.

Experience:

• 2 - 10 Years of experience in PHE/ Fire Design.
• Experience in Residential/ Commercial/ Industrial projects.

Functional Skills Requirements:

• Design Skills

  – Requirements collection, Preparation of Load Estimate, Design basis report, Space Planning

• Drawing Skills

  – 2D drawings, schematic / single line drawings, detailed sections/

           Elevations as applicable.

• Documentation

  – Preparation of Material Take of Sheets, Bill of Quantities, Technical specifications, Budgetary estimates, Quantity take off sheets and Supporting documents.

• Project Execution

  – Responding to RFIs, Quality Reports, Material and drawing approvals
• Responsible for the project from the design stage to execution and completion of the project at site.
• Monitoring the progress of work at site and reporting the same to the management and client as required.
