Job Title- Design Engineer

Job Purpose- All Design related Activity concern

Job Location - Steel Innovations Pvt Ltd, Mandideep

Job Qualifications- BE (Mech) with 3-5 years of experience in Designing

Software Proficiency- Autocad /3D CAD Tool CATIA/Nesting Software Most 2D

Roles & Responsibilities:-

- Material calculation and planning to complete the job in the least scrap generation.

- Drawing Preparation for the shop to manufacture the items.

- DXF Preparation for nesting using CAD Tool Autocad.

- CNC machine programming for Cutting on Nesting Software Most2D.

- Solving Internal problems related to drawings.

- Sheet Metal Parts Unfolded view generation for manufacturing, Using 3D CAD Tool CATIA.

- Identifying Material standards as per customer's requirement. And suggesting suitable equivalent standards to match the requirement.

- Prepare Bill of material for the job, to manage the on-time suggestion related to Qty of items.

- Identifying processes required for the job such as Machining, Rolling, Bending, Cutting, casting, and forming, and inform the production team to work further.

- Cost and Estimation - Evaluation of a new enquiry.

- Evaluating the cost to the company to manufacture the enquired job.

- Co-relating with the purchase department to get the current market rates of the material
and process.

- In-depth knowledge of Auto Cad 2D / 3D, Uni-Graphics, Most 2D.

Salary - 10-15% hike on current salary as well as depends on personal interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,644.76 - ₹35,530.67 per month
