Design Engineer (Mechanical)

Role Overview: As a Parking Systems Design Engineer, your main responsibility will be to design, draft, and modify engineering drawings and layouts for parking systems. Your role is crucial in ensuring functionality, cost efficiency, and compliance with client requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review 2D/3D designs using AutoCAD, PTC-Creo, Solid edge, or similar software. - Customize parking layouts according to client site plans and constraints. - Ensure that designs meet technical feasibility, safety standards, and cost-effectiveness. - Collaborate with production teams to address design-related issues during manufacturing. - Create and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) while coordinating with procurement. - Incorporate design revisions based on client feedback. - Maintain accurate documentation of all drawings and revisions. - Provide training to junior designers and verify the accuracy of their work. - Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, workplace safety protocols, and company policies. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in technical drawing and drafting. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience in team management. - Excellent team collaboration abilities. - Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
