Design Engineer (Mechanical)

Role Overview: As a Parking Systems Designer, your primary role will be to design, draft, and modify engineering drawings and layouts for parking systems. Your responsibilities include preparing and reviewing 2D/3D designs using software like AutoCAD, PTC-Creo, Solid edge, or similar tools. You will need to customize parking layouts based on client site plans, ensure designs meet technical feasibility and safety standards, and collaborate with production teams to resolve design-related issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing Bill of Materials (BOM), conducting design revisions, maintaining documentation, training junior designers, and ensuring strict implementation of quality standards and workplace safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review 2D/3D designs using AutoCAD, PTC-Creo, Solid edge, or similar software. - Customize parking layouts as per client site plans and constraints. - Ensure designs meet technical feasibility, safety standards, and cost-effectiveness. - Collaborate with production teams to resolve design-related issues during manufacturing. - Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and coordinate with procurement. - Conduct design revisions based on client feedback. - Maintain proper documentation of all drawings and revisions. - Train junior designers and check their work for accuracy. - Ensure strict implementation with quality standards, workplace safety protocols, and adherence to all company policies across operations.
