HCL Tech Hiring Design Engineer (Creo & Engine Components & Casting Design ) -Bangalore Location

Job description

CAD Tool: Creo

2-8 years of experience in Casting design or Engine Casting design.
Provide CAD support for designing and drafting of complex casting components for engine using Creo-Part modeling,
Advanced Part modeling, Surfacing modeling techniques & Creation of Manufacturing drawings & drawing standard knowledge.
Provide CAD support for designing and drafting Drivetrain components - housings, gears, shafts, etc. as per Creo-Modeling best Practices.
Manufacturing process knowledge for designing and modeling of components using Casting, forging, and machining process knowledge
Experience in Creating production drawings of Castings, machining drawings with GD&T.
Experience in Skeleton modeling, copy-geometry merge inheritance and reverse engineering
Creates Sheet metal parts, Assemblies, and their drawings.
Must be Goal oriented with good communication skills.
Knowledge in Wind-chill is an added advantage
Creo simulate experience is an added advantage
Knowledge in designing Large and small Castings
Able to do basic mechanical design calculations.
