Key Skills & Domain Expertise:

We are looking for professionals with hands-on experience in:

• Design and develop braking systems for commercial vehicles (CVs), ensuring compliance with performance and safety standards.
• Apply sound knowledge of basic manufacturing processes such as casting, forging, and sheet metal.
• Incorporate DMEA, DFA, DFS, and DFM principles in brake system design for quality, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Prepare and maintain Design Validation Plans (DVP) for brake components and systems.
• Ensure adherence to homologation and regulatory requirements related to braking systems.
• Create detailed 2D and 3D designs using CATIA, ensuring accurate modeling and tolerancing.
• Work on bolted and joint designs ensuring durability and serviceability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CAE, testing, and manufacturing to resolve design and performance issues.
• Use basic CAE knowledge to understand simulation inputs and incorporate improvements in the design phase.
• Participate in design reviews, validation tests, and support documentation for product approval
