Design Consultant

As a Design Consultant, your primary role will be to interact with customers and understand their design requirements. You will work closely with the sales team to convert potential leads into satisfied customers. Your responsibilities will include being in charge of the customer's project from start to finish, which involves preparing 2D and 3D designs, presentations, BOQs, and quotes, as well as assisting customers with material selection. Additionally, you will provide design consultation, educate customers on NoBroker's processes, and keep both customers and management updated on project status and progress. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with customers to understand their design requirements thoroughly. - Work with the sales team to convert potential leads into customers. - Manage the customer's project from inception to completion, including preparing designs, presentations, BOQs, and quotes. - Provide design consultation and inform customers about NoBroker's processes. - Update customers and management regularly on project status. - Collaborate with merchant and fulfillment teams to ensure timely project delivery and excellent customer experience. - Close deals with customers and achieve monthly sales targets in a mixed role of design and sales. Qualifications Required: - Experience in independently handling interior design projects. - Thorough knowledge of factory-made modular furniture such as kitchens, wardrobes, and storage units. - Proficiency in translating customer requirements into 2D and 3D designs using CAD software (AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp). - Familiarity with engineered wood materials, wood finishes, and hardware used in modular furniture. - Understanding of costing for modular furniture and ability to interpret production drawings, BOQs, and cut lists. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.,
