Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions, making strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
• Use Figma to its fullest capabilities to create dynamic prototypes and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to ensure a cohesive visual language and user experience across all digital touchpoints.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to gain insight, validate concepts, and make informed design decisions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on UI/UX best practices and trends, providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
• Present and defend your design decisions to internal and external stakeholders, articulating and rationalizing your creative vision based on user needs and business goals.
• Participate in client workshops and presentations, effectively communicating the value of design thinking and user-centered design principles.

Experience Requirement:

• 4  - 7.5 years of experience in UI/UX design and consulting.
• Hands-on expertise in Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
• Experience in designing for web and mobile platforms with responsive and adaptive layouts.
• Conducting user research, usability testing, and iterating designs based on feedback.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior designers.
• Ability to present and defend design decisions to internal and external stakeholders.
