Position: Design Engineering Head NPD
More than 15 years of experience; managing A-Z activity at department head level in military connector manufacturing companies
Manage A-Z activity of design engineering activity in multiple locations and team of 20+ engineers.
Collaboration with other divisions
Preparing strategy and road maps, deployment and follow up systematically
Required to be a good team player and able to handle multiple challenges in all areas of work
Other duties as assigned.
- Drawing reading, interpretation, understanding standards and norms etc
- Excellent written, oral communication skills
- Expertise in a soft working environment, MS office, Creo/Windchill skills is a must !
