1.Initial feasibility support to CIS team,
2.Die design & GDC required facilities DAP review and approval,
3.Die design co ordination with RIL & Suppliers,
4.Supplier follow up & on time completion of casting facilities,
5.New Die & GDC facilities proving,
6.NPD casting quality prove out & working for rejection % reduction,
7.Yield improvement,
8.Sign off of die file to the die maintenance team,
9.Trouble shooting of dies, GDC facilities, casting process related issues,
10.BOM Creation and approval.
Experience in GDC , Wheel manufacturing, New Product development
