Website: www.chaukorstudio.com Job Overview: As a Projects Design Associate, you will be responsible overseeing and guiding the design process across projects. This role ensures that design concepts align with client expectations and project goals. The Design associate will coordinate with clients, design teams, and other project stakeholders, ensuring design deliverables are completed on time and ensuring high quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough quality checks on design work, verifying accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements and design decisions. Review, refine, and finalize material boards, ensuring consistency with design concepts, materiality, and project specifications. Conduct quality checks on design work, ensuring it documents key design decisions and action items defined in the Design Meetings (MOMs). Organize and facilitate client meetings, prepare design compilations and presentations, and ensure seamless presentation and discussion. Review, refine, and finalize design presentations prepared by the team, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations. Qualifications: Education: B.Arch./Diploma in Arch/B.Des. Experience: 1+ year of experience in client coordination and leading meetings in Residential Projects. Skills: Strong understanding of Vastu principles, design schemes, and material boards, with communication, and presentation skills.
