As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Dermatologist to join our team to provide expert consultation and training on skincare routines, skin health, and product usage to our valued customers, internal teams, retail partners, and external spa teams. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Dermatologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting personalized consultations with customers, offering tailored skincare advice, and delivering high-level training for internal teams, retail partners, and external spa teams. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand's reputation for expertise and customer care, while ensuring that our clients receive the best advice for their unique skincare needs. Additionally, you will oversee and manage internal, retail, and external spa teams to ensure consistent, top-tier service across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Customer Consultation: Provide expert skincare consultations to customers, assessing their skin types, concerns, and goals. Recommend personalized skincare regimens using the brand’s product line based on dermatological knowledge and client needs. Address customer inquiries related to skin health, conditions (e.g., acne, pigmentation, aging), and the effectiveness of our products. Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in the brand. Training & Education Develop and deliver in-depth training sessions for internal teams, including beauty advisors, sales associates, and management. Train staff on key dermatological principles, skin concerns, and product knowledge to empower them to educate customers effectively. Organize and lead webinars, workshops, and events for retail partners, external spa teams, and clients, focusing on skincare education, product demonstrations, and treatments. Create educational content (written, video, or live) for both internal and external audiences, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Product Knowledge & Development Stay up to date with the latest skincare trends, dermatology advancements, and new product innovations. Collaborate with the product development team to provide insights and feedback on product formulations based on customer feedback and dermatological expertise. Assist in the creation of new skincare products by providing clinical perspectives on ingredients, formulations, and efficacy. Customer Experience Participate in VIP customer consultations, influencer partnerships, and high-end events to showcase the brand’s dermatological expertise. Monitor customer feedback, report trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Team Management Manage and oversee the internal team (beauty advisors, sales associates, etc.), retail partners, and external spa teams to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and resources to provide exceptional customer service. Foster collaboration and communication across teams to maintain brand consistency and excellence in skincare consultations. Provide guidance, mentorship, and continuous education to ensure all teams meet the brand's high standards of service and expertise. Clinical Oversight Ensure all customer consultations are based on the latest dermatological standards and best practices. Adhere to all health and safety regulations when providing skincare consultations and product recommendations. Maintain confidentiality and privacy of all customers in accordance with legal and company standards. Qualifications Education: Medical Degree in Dermatology (MD, DO), with board certification in dermatology. Experience Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a dermatology practice or clinic, with a focus on skincare and cosmetic dermatology. Skills In-depth knowledge of dermatological conditions, skincare ingredients, and treatment options. Ability to communicate complex dermatological concepts to non-experts in an accessible and engaging manner. Experience in training or educating teams, with a passion for teaching and mentoring. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to handle sensitive customer issues with professionalism and care. Experience in team management, collaboration, and fostering a high-performance culture. Preferred Experience in the luxury skincare or beauty industry.
