Derivative Strategies & Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a driven professional with strong knowledge of derivative trading, client servicing, and operations. This role is a unique blend of analyzing option strategies, executing client trades, and coordinating operational workflows. The right candidate will ensure smooth execution of strategies while building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate option strategies suitable for clients and internal deployment.
• Execute and punch trades on behalf of clients with accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as a single point of contact for client servicing and queries.
• Drive client acquisition or cross-sell additional investment products as per focus areas.
• Manage vendor interactions and negotiate for competitive pricing when required.
• Maintain and update trading/portfolio data using Excel and back-office tools.
• Coordinate reporting requirements and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Stay updated on financial markets, especially derivatives and advisory products.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in derivatives trading (broking industry preferred).
• Certifications: NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) preferred.
• Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of derivatives (options, futures, spreads, strategies).
• Solid understanding of back-office operations and reporting.
• Excel proficiency (data management, pivots, basic analytics).
• Excellent communication skills for client servicing and vendor interaction.
• Background: Candidates with experience in trading / broking / wealth management operations will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
