Deputy Vice President - CEO's Office

You will be working on areas of differentiation related to the company and develop strategies to propel it to the last mile customer. Your role will involve working on mission critical business strategy efforts in line with Easebuzz's overall long-term vision and mission. You will be responsible for building project management plans and trackers to ensure successful and timely project completion. Collaboration with multiple teams within the organization to keep efforts in sync with Easebuzz's standards and rapidly evolving product suite is a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will contribute to long term strategic initiatives of Easebuzz and lead research and analysis to bring out insights critical for strategy and planning of the organization. Rapidly developing expertise in the new initiatives domain to become a trusted subject matter expert within the company and a credible partner for external stakeholders will also be part of your responsibilities. Managing other high priority projects to support broader business needs is also expected from you. - 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting from top tier consulting firms or CEOs office in a fintech/high growth start-up. - MBA from a tier 1 MBA institution is preferred. - Pre-MBA work experience in consulting, data analytics, or investment banking would be an added advantage. - Experience of consulting for fintech/digital/SME sectors would be an added advantage. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously. - Track record of seeing large projects through completion, including project management, data gathering and modeling, and creative problem solving. - Ability to manage both executive-level strategic thinking and very hands-on execution. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Top-notch relationship management skills, particularly with external stakeholders. - Being on top of evolving industry developments and competitive scenario. - Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs.,
