Pune Corporate Office - PTP

Job Purpose

Ensure all circulars, master directions and guidelines from all regulators are disseminated correctly to required stakeholders using compliance tool. Create, communicate and track actionable for new circulars with respective stakeholders using compliance tool. Moderate and track implementation of circular guidelines within timelines.

Duties And Responsibilities

Circular dissemination and implementation tracking process in Compliance.
Create actionable from new circulars and ensure closure with respective stakeholder within timeline.
Engage and work closely with Businesses, COEs, Horizontal support functions for implementation of circulars and guidelines issued by various regulators.
Engage and work closely with sub-functions within compliance unit (eg. CMT, ICF, advisory team etc).
Publishing reports on circular dissemination and implementation

Major Challenges

Adherence to timeline of implementation of new guidelines from various regulators

Educational Qualifications

Required Qualifications and Experience

Chartered Accountant / Company Secretary / Law Graduate / MBA (Finance)

Work Experience & Skills

Preferably 2 years of work experience. No experience bar for deserving candidates. Should have the ability to interpret regulatory guidelines. Role involves lots of reading.
