Role Summary

Drive secured business loan sales in the Hassan region, manage a field sales team, acquire high-quality business loan customers, and build strong channel relationships. This role needs someone who actually knows how to bring business, not just talk big in interviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate secured business loan leads through direct sourcing and channel partners
  
• Manage a team of sales executives and ensure monthly targets are hit (not negotiable)
  
• Drive business from CA/DSA networks, SME owners, and market references
  
• Convert leads into disbursals with proper documentation and credit checks
  
• Maintain portfolio quality and avoid bad loans; no shortcuts
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines
  
• Market mapping and competitor analysis for the Hassan territory
  
• Daily reporting and MIS updates
  

Must-Have Skills

• Strong local market network in Hassan
  
• Proven experience in business loan / LAP / secured lending sales
  
• Field sales mindset; sitting in the office is not the job
  
• Good communication and negotiation skills
  
• Ability to chase targets and handle pressure
  

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate
  
• 36 years experience in secured SME/business loan sales
  
• Experience in Karnataka market preferred
