Deputy Operation Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Assist the Operations Consultant in completing project tasks within defined timelines
• Meet with required stakeholders to gather necessary information and inputs
• Identify gaps in existing processes and implement the most effective alternative solutions
• Implement operational methodologies such as 5S, Six Sigma, and Lean to achieve operational excellence
• Create, update, and implement:
• Documentation
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Process flows and process mapping
• Skills matrices
• Identify reporting requirements within the organization
• Design report formats and implement them on the shop floor
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data
• Prepare and submit reports to senior Operations Consultants
• Guide and support junior team members to ensure timely completion of project work
• Conduct audits of implemented systems and provide review feedback to senior Operations Consultants
• Communicate with clients as required during project execution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
