Deputy Operation Consultant

Role Description:

1. Assist Operations Consultant in completing project tasks on time

2. Meet with stakeholders to gather necessary information

3. Identify process gaps and implement alternative solutions

4. Implement operational methodologies (5S, Six Sigma, Lean) for operational excellence

5. Create, update, and implement documentation, SOPs, process flows, and skills matrices

6. Develop report structures and formats for shop floor implementation

7. Collect and analyze data, preparing reports as needed

8. Guide junior teams to complete project work on time

9. Conduct audits of implemented systems, providing reviews to senior consultants

10. Communicate with clients as necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
