We Are looking for Deputy Manager- Export Sales with good experience in Sales and Business Development , export Strategy Development, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Financial Management, Customer relationship Management.

Manufacturing company based at Coimbatore Location.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development
- Manage and grow existing international accounts while identifying and targeting potential new customers. - Conduct market research to identify potential markets and OEMs. - Lead contract negotiations and manage the entire sales process from initial contact to final delivery

Export Strategy Development / Market Analysis and Reporting
- Develop and implement comprehensive export strategies to drive business growth of gears and pinions in international markets. - Identify new market opportunities and create market entry strategies tailored to specific regions like Europe / Australia - Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activities to refine export strategies. - Prepare regular reports on export activities, including sales performance, market analysis, and future projections

Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- Coordinate with internal production and logistics teams to ensure OTD. - Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics partners and oversee overseas warehouse operations

Financial Management / Compliance and Documentation
- Prepare and manage export budgets, forecasts, and pricing strategies. - Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management. - Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, including export controls, tariffs, and customs requirements. - Oversee the preparation and accuracy of export documentation, incl invoices, packing lists, COO, and shipping documents.

Customer Relationship Management / Team Leadership
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors and agents. - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. - Provide technical support and product training to international customers as needed. - Lead, mentor, and develop the export sales team, setting clear objectives and performance standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth operations.
