Deputy Manager Used Car

A Nippon Toyota Deputy Manager for Used Cars would likely be responsible for overseeing the used car sales operations, including managing a team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Sales Management: Leading the used car sales team, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance to achieve overall sales goals.
• Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring a positive sales experience, and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
• Inventory Management: Overseeing the acquisition, valuation, and display of used vehicles, ensuring a diverse and appealing inventory.
• Market Analysis: Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the used car market
• Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to close deals, negotiate prices, and persuade customers. Leadership and Team Management: Experience in leading and motivating a sales team, delegating tasks, and providing guidance. Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and address their needs. Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Toyota vehicles, their features, and specifications.
