Responsibilities by Role Level:

1. Deputy Manager TMT Sales

  • Handle daily operations with dealers and distributors in assigned area
  • Currently working in

    Visakhapatnam or nearby regions

  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for TMT products
  • Generate new channel partners and construction contractors
  • Collect market feedback and competitor intelligence
  • Ensure timely collections and resolve distributor issues
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS

2. Manager TMT Sales

  • Oversee a larger territory with multiple sales officers or team members
  • Currently working in

    Visakhapatnam or nearby regions

  • Develop and execute mid-term sales strategy for regional expansion
  • Maintain strong relationships with key channel partners and influencers (contractors, engineers)
  • Conduct regular field visits, market mapping, and gap analysis
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff
  • Track sales performance and ensure adherence to KPIs

3. Deputy General Manager – TMT Sales

  • Currently working in

    Visakhapatnam or nearby regions

  • Create and implement strategic sales plans for revenue growth
  • Build and manage a high-performance sales team (multiple managers/DMs)
  • Drive business development initiatives and corporate tie-ups
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams for alignment
  • Monitor profitability, pricing, and budgeting for the region
  • Represent the company in industry events and trade shows

Key Skills & Competencies (All Levels):

  • Strong understanding of TMT bar products and the steel market
  • Expertise in dealer/distributor/channel sales management
  • Market intelligence and competitor analysis
  • Sales forecasting, territory planning
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in local language(s) and English
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
