Conducts meetings with interested customers to understand their requirements and explains the project details and pricing model.
Takes prospective customers for site visits. Negotiates with customer and gets final price approvals. Escalates when required to close deals or give discounts.
Assigns categories to customers basis their potential for future follow ups, e.g. hot, warm, cold.
Attends to customer enquiries/ leads/ walk-ins/ online leads.Makes cold calls to customers (if required).Develops leads during launches/ marketing events.Generates further leads by establishing rapport with existing customers .
