Job Description

Responsibilities Partnering with multiple teams to align taxonomy standards across procurement functions. Analyzing and understanding spend data to develop an accurate and detailed category hierarchy. Ensuring the taxonomy aligns with procurement and spend analytics best practices. Facilitating regular discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback. Conducting data mapping and classification to support taxonomy development. Delivering reports and visualizations to communicate progress and findings. Driving consistency across categories to enable effective spend tracking and optimization. Collaborating with technology teams to integrate taxonomy updates into digital tools. Maintaining thorough documentation and version control for taxonomy-related deliverables. Leveraging expertise in procurement processes to enhance category structures and alignment. Provide analytics and reporting support where needed to help drive best practices Ability to work with senior stakeholders to identify relevant KPIs and identify approach methodology to track them Build rapport and credibility with customers and team members by demonstrating strong data management skills. Continue improving reports and dashboards. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Engineering 4-5 years of experience in GP Operations/Spend Analytics and Reporting Effective communication skills and proficiency in English language Power BI Expertise Exposure to Spend Analytics platforms such as GEP, Spend HQ Ability to analyze data coming from various sources. Skills presenting and building dashboards, PPT, excel files to internal and external user clients. ERP systems knowledge (SAP- Oracle) nice to have. Decision Making Oriented to results. Collaborate and influence Work under pressure Highly organized and responsive with ability to works SLAs
