Role & responsibilities:

Responsible for New Suppliers development for Casting
Interaction and execution with suppliers developed for NPD
Eliminate bottleneck in development and timely execution
Maintain track of new casting development and manufacturing schedule of same.
Co-ordinate & support internal functions for development activities.
Maintain & approve the quality standards for First article / Pilot lot as per the KSB Standards.
Conduct feasibility study of development technically
Coordination with CFT team for new projects
