Deputy Manager Projects

Role Overview:

The Project Manager Vendor Development & Quality will be responsible for developing and training vendors in alignment with Chaayos quality standards, ensuring timely store closures, and maintaining the highest benchmarks in execution. The role requires strong project management skills, vendor development expertise, and technical knowledge of HVAC, MEP, and Civil materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Training & Development:

  Train vendors on Chaayos quality standards and ensure consistency across the region.

• Project Execution:

  Drive end-to-end store closure projects within defined timelines and quality benchmarks.

• Vendor Management:

  Identify, develop, and onboard one quality vendor in each assigned region.

• Material Knowledge:

  Stay updated with market trends and innovations in HVAC, MEP, and Civil materials, ensuring cost-effective and quality procurement.

• Reporting & Documentation:

  Prepare detailed project reports, presentations, and performance trackers using PowerPoint and Excel.

• Team Collaboration:

  Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
