Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Check outgoing product quality w r t customer point of view, quality concerns and configuration Follow organizational guidelines while conducting audits (CAPA and DCP audit) Escalate chronic concerns in management forums Identify defect(s) and update plant quality reviews for corrective and preventive actions Ensure compliance with quality systems Prepare and publish Monthly/Daily MIS reports Reduce the product and process concerns to improve on time delivery Preferred Industries Automobile Education Qualification Bachelor of Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical; Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile General Experience 3 to 5 years (minimum) In Automobile industry Critical Experience System Generated Core Skills Analytical Thinking Communication Skills Consumer Focus Equipment Handling & Maintenance Forecasting Interpersonal Skills Measurement System Analysis (MSA) Metallurgy Microsoft Office Project Management Monitoring SST Parameters Statistical Process Control (SPC) Teamwork Product Knowledge Vehicle System Demand Management Quality Control System Generated Secondary Skills
