Role Overview:

This role is ideal for a scientifically inclined professional who can bridge clinical understanding with commercial objectives. The position focuses on driving adoption of advanced digital therapeutics solutions while engaging with clinicians, physiotherapists, and healthcare decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive scientific awareness and adoption of digital rehabilitation solutions through clinical discussions, demos, and evidence-based presentations
• Build strong relationships with hospitals, physiotherapy departments, and key opinion leaders
• Collaborate with internal clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation
• Provide scientific training to channel partners, clinicians, and rehab staff where applicable
• Monitor market trends, competitor insights, and patient outcome data to support strategic decisions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and scientific communication standards
• Support clinical programs, research collaborations, and physician engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Physiotherapy, Biomedical Sciences, or related Life Science discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in Pharma, Diagnostics, or Medical Technology sectors
• Strong clinical communication and scientific presentation skills
• Ability to work independently while coordinating cross-functional teams
• Passion for innovation in non-invasive and evidence-based treatment technologies.
