Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located at our Indore office. The Scientific Business Manager Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, developing strategic business plans, identifying growth opportunities, and staying informed about industry trends to enhance service delivery. The manager will also contribute to aligning scientific goals with the company's business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in business strategy and client relationship management.
• Understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and strategic planning.
• Graduation in Pharma or Science.
• Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and managing cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in Oncology Sales and Marketing highly desirable.
